Project Brief and Challenge
Project XV was appointed to complete ITC Group's Bristol office fit-out for their Regent Holidays brand. The project had been left incomplete by a previous contractor that had gone into administration, which presented a major challenge for Project XV. The main requirement was to complete the project as swiftly as possible while being sensitive to the spend that had already occurred.
Scope of Work and Execution
The refresh work involved extending Regent Holidays' existing boardroom, updating the kitchen area, and installing new carpet, office furniture, timber slatted wall to separate the agile areas, redecoration, and new IT infrastructure. Despite the challenges that the project presented, Project XV was able to hand over the project with no snags in advance of the projected completion date while maintaining the overall project costs.
Outcome and Impact
Thanks to the timely completion of the project, ITC Group was able to start using their newly refurbished office space without any further delay. ITC Group now has an enhanced workspace that is more conducive to productivity. Overall, Project XV has managed to navigate the challenges of an incomplete project and complete it in a timely and cost-effective manner.
