Beacon Tower's 8th floor was stripped back with a comprehensive refurbishment while also redesigning WC's, lift lobbies, and implementing a modern CAT-A fit-out.
Project Overview
The project included the redesign and refurbishment of WC's, replacement of cast iron pipework, installation of new sanitary ware, flooring, backlit mirrors, and hand dryers. The lift lobbies were reimagined with new bulkheads and strip and spot lighting to enhance the overall aesthetic.
Challenges, Objectives and Results
The challenge was to modernise and elevate the 8th floor space, ensuring a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetics. The CAT-A fit-out, featuring exposed services, new heating and cooling systems, replacement windows, low-level trunking, and LED baton lights, contributes to a dynamic and industrially inspired workspace.
