Crux Product Design
Having previously served as home to The Royal Photographic Society, Crux engaged with Project XV to transform their 8,000 sq ft new purchase into functional, contemporary office and lab space to sit alongside their existing office. Amongst installing new partitioning, replacing M&E and redecoration throughout, the works also included altering the existing auditorium and exhibition hall into space that Crux could incorporate as part of their design and engineering function.
With a limited timeframe instruction to the grand opening, we worked closely with the client to ensure we hit all timescales were managed and successfully met. It has been great to work with such an exciting, fast growing, Bristol based company and we hope they enjoy their new home!

Kiwis Bowls
A fresh new addition to Cardiff's food scene, Kiwis Bowls has opened its doors in the heart of Central Square at Cardiff's bus interchange.
The refurbishment has created an inviting environment featuring a generous food counter, coffee bar, and integrated seating area, offering visitors a healthy breakfast or lunch option just moments from Cardiff Central Station.
The fit-out included a full MEP package, raised access flooring and floor finishes, new partitions, the creation of DDA-compliant WCs, and the installation of bespoke counters and seating.
Completed in just 10 weeks, the project was handed over ahead of schedule to support the grand opening in time for the 2026 HYROX Cardiff 2026 event.
Design & Fit-out
Beacon Tower
Since 2018 we have refurbished a number of floors across the 16 storey Beacon Tower on tenants lease expiration taking the floor plates as they become vacant. The floor spaces have been taken back to an industrial look with exposed services, new ducted heating and cooling system, replacement windows, low level trunking with power and CAT 6 data plus LED baton lights.
We have also fully refurbished 16 storeys of toilets from the dated look to a modern light and airy space. Main stacks and pipework has been replaced as the former cast iron pipework was in need to significant repair. New sanitaryware has been installed along with new toilet cubicles, sanitaryware, flooring, backlit mirrors and hand dryers.

Once you’re completely confident in your concept we create sections of your office in 3D renders to show you the finished space. We can even offer 3D walk-throughs.
Following a diligent design and preparation stage your scheme will move smoothly into our procurement and build process. It’s construction time.
