Collaboration with the office agents of Beacon Tower extended to the 7th floor, the focus was on creating fully furnished office space with reduced footprints. The refurbishment included plug and play fitouts for incoming tenants.
Challenges and Objectives
The task involved splitting 7th floor into two ready-to-use suites and projecting the most marketable office sizes and furnished finishes. The objective was to give a ready to use space for incoming tenants, including tea points with furnished breakout space, meeting rooms and open plan office.
