Project XV completed fit-out works for Tria's office expansion, creating a relaxed and sociable space.
Office Expansion Fit-Out
Project XV was tasked with completing the fit-out works for Tria's office expansion. The brief was to incorporate the original design scheme into the new space while also adding new feature elements to the previous space. Project XV achieved this by expanding the crittall glazing and feature lighting into the new meeting and boardrooms, as well as enlarging the welcome area with a feature timber slatted wall and neon signage. They also created additional bespoke neon logo signage, which was incorporated into a living wall feature to create an Instagram-worthy area.
Open Plan Office
As part of the fit-out works, Project XV removed the subdividing wall and connected the mechanical and electrical systems to create a new open-plan office. This integration of the two independent office spaces created a more efficient and flexible work environment. The new open-plan layout allowed for greater collaboration and communication between team members, ultimately leading to increased productivity and a more streamlined workflow.
