Project XV were appointed by both the landlord and tenant to manage the dilapidation and transformation of three previously subdivided suites. The scope involved opening up the floor plate to create a unified space for a single incoming occupier.
Project Overview
Project-XV was appointed to manage the dilapidation and reconfiguration of three subdivided suites, working closely with both the landlord and incoming tenant, the goal was to open up the space and deliver a cohesive, high-performing workspace tailored to Egis' operational needs.
Scope of Work
The space was transformed through a full reconfiguration and fit-out, including the installation of new glazed and solid partitioning, fresh flooring throughout, and suspended ceilings integrating lighting, power, and data. Efficient new air conditioning systems were installed to support comfort and performance. Folding partition walls were introduced for flexibility, complemented by feature walls, modern finishes, and fresh decoration to add character to the space. A seamless relocation of furniture and equipment ensured continuity for the client throughout the transition.
