Project Overview
Project XV was appointed through competitive tender to undertake the dilapidation and CAT A+ works at the Fermentation Building. The project involved a comprehensive refurbishment of this heritage-rich site, blending modern functionality with respect for the building’s historic character.
Scope of Work
From initial dilapidation to final refurbishment, the team delivered significant upgrades including glass-fronted meeting rooms, a new kitchen with bench seating, and self-contained WC and shower facilities. Every element was carefully designed to enhance the workspace while preserving the building’s unique architectural features.
Result
The result? A vibrant, functional, and beautifully designed commercial environment that honours the building’s unique character while providing a modern workplace for its new occupants. We’re proud to have played a part in breathing new life into one of Bristol’s most historic landmarks.
