We were appointed by the landlord of West Point Row to refurbish unit 4 after the early termination of the previous tenant's lease. The challenge was to complete the refurbishment for any potential incoming tenant within four weeks.

Solution

To meet the tight deadline, we created a comprehensive plan and project management schedule. The team worked efficiently to complete the work, which included stripping out the previous tenant's fit-out, installation of new ceilings and lighting, raised access floors, a new kitchen with white goods, Cat5e cabling installation with a server room, a new HVAC system, redecoration, new flooring, and a new shower room.

We successfully completed the Dilapidation and CAT A refurbishment of unit 4 within the tight deadline, providing a modern and high-quality space for any potential incoming tenant. The landlord was impressed with our efficient project management, attention to detail, and communication skills throughout the project.
