VIO Office, nestled in the historic Bath Street area, embarked on a transformative journey to revitalise its workspace. As a provider of self-contained serviced office suites, VIO Office sought to infuse its environment with modernity while honouring the rich heritage of its Grade I listed buildings. The refurbishment project aimed to craft an inviting atmosphere conducive to productivity and collaboration, catering to the bespoke needs of its clientele.

The refurbishment initiative encompassed a comprehensive array of enhancements. From the outset, the focus was on crafting a welcoming ambiance, achieved through meticulous attention to detail in the design of office spaces and communal areas. The main kitchen and breakout space were reimagined to exude freshness and contemporary elegance, fostering a conducive environment for relaxation and informal meetings. Additionally, a new reception area was conceptualized to leave a lasting impression on visitors, setting the tone for the VIO Office experience.

Various-sized office spaces, adorned with both single and double glazing, were meticulously crafted to accommodate diverse business needs while maximising natural light exposure. Board and meeting rooms were strategically integrated to promote seamless collaboration among tenants. The flooring received a modern makeover, complemented by eye-catching feature walls that injected vibrancy into the workspace. Notably, operable walls were introduced to offer flexibility in space utilisation, adapting effortlessly to evolving requirements.
